Onway Establish New Division Structure

From the earlier of 2008, Onway establish new division structure, the new division structure consists of the following individual 3 parts:

l      The CCTV Cameras Department-------Mainly in R&D, manufacture, Sales, and supply service for CCTV cameras security systems.

l      The DVR Department--------Research and produce the DVR products

l      The Power Supply Systems Department --------Supply the quality power supply to meet our own requirements, also for our customers.

Aims of Individual Department:

l      Every month at least release 3 new products for the market, should improve and make adjustment for the new products according to the customer’s feeding back.

l      Every department should strictly control the products quality, the RMA should be less than 3% every month.

l      Cost control and work efficiency
